The Interactive Edge implementation team works closely with the customer’s team to ensure that XP3 delivers the business benefits on time and on budget. Our implementation process speeds delivery and minimizes risk by utilizing an iterative process based on the Rapid Application Development (RAD). We integrate project management and development techniques, users and tools, to complete an implementation in a fixed timeframe to meet specific business needs.

With an XP3 implementation, the business and technical requirements of the solution are released into constructive iterations, allowing the development team to quickly build the core of the solution and implement refinements in subsequent iterations based on user feedback. The final iteration results in the solution that is ultimately deploys to the customer’s business process and technical environment.

XP3’s flexible, dynamic design allows it to be implemented as a stand-alone solution, as a centralized solution, as an automated solution or XP3 Presentation Builder can be connected directly to existing Microsoft Analysis Services cubes or SAP Net Weaver BI.
