XP3 Suite can be used as a stand-alone solution with data residing on laptops or desktops, instead of a server-based centralized database. Using XP3 Data Tools the user can load syndicated, POS or virtually any other type of data, utilize XP3 Data Integrator and XP3 Data Workshop to create mapping and manage custom views and then use XP3 Presentation Builder to apply best practice analytics in Microsoft PowerPoint. The presentations and reports can then be easily shared throughout the organization.

XP3 Centralized Solution

This centralized business intelligence solution provides seamless data management as well as the tools for development and distribution of consistent data-driven presentations and reports. The solution, powered by XP3, requires minimal support from IT. The only requirement is for IT to provide standard database backups and system maintenance.

With XP3 Suite, users simply connect to a centralized database and with XP3 Data Tools easily modify the data source to include custom measures, segmentation and aggregation rules, or integrate disparate data sources. Changes can be written back to the SQL Database, or with XP3 Data Tools, the user can simply create an SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS) cube. XP3 remote synchronization capability keeps the SSAS cubes in sync with the underlying SQL database without having XP3 installed on the server. Once the SSAS cube is created and synchronized XP3 Presentation Builder is used to create data driven, visually compelling presentations and reports – all in a familiar Microsoft Office environment. XP3 Presentation Builder features include the XP3 Charting Wizard, intelligent text, local and global settings, templates and presentation generator. Once the presentations or reports are created they can easily be distributed to end users to be used as is, or with the ability to further customize and update as required.
