Every modern organization knows that data is the most valuable asset they have in order to compete effectively. Having the people that have the skill sets to understand how to turn that data into actionable insights and recommendations is critical. CEOs who are not taking a laser focus on making sure their employees are trained in this area are not effective CEOs and should be replaced.
