Retailers have enough issues on their plates to worry about. Technology changes so fast and there is just no way for IT to keep up. Retailers would be better served working with their solution provider to adjust and customize as needed. They spent a good deal of time and money to come to the conclusion that they could have met their needs much more effectively, in a faster time frame and at a much lower cost had they bought.
