Make Time For Non-Business Interests

Zel Bianco, CEO of Interactive Edge, has been running his own firm for 25 years and it can still give him nightmares. He suggests outside activities as a way to handle the stress and re-energize. 

“Read books that have nothing to do with your business,” wrote Mr. Bianco of RetailWire. “Watch Netflix or Prime series that have nothing to do with your business and enjoy your family. As I said, easier said than done, but if you don’t at least try, you will burn out.”

He added that working to the point of burnout is no good for anyone — especially the family the business owner might be working on behalf of.
